I believe in the balanced way of living because it is maintainable in the long-run as opposed to “quick-fixes” that are very short-lived. To change your body, you need to change your mindset and to change your body for long-term, you need to change your mindset to a healthy one. This is key to making that step forward into achieving your desired goals. Your desired goals whether it is weight-loss, weight-gain, muscle-toning or muscle-building – it must become a LIFESTYLE. Fitness and healthy living is a way of life. I have adopted these methods through all my experiences.

EXPERIENCE

Currently working abroad on and off as a stewardess/personal trainer onboard superyachts traveling the world.

In-between working abroad and being home, I run my bootcamp called ‘Get Fit Bootcamp’ for the ladies that want to join for a month or so depending on how long I am home for. I also run online classes and currently working with an exciting brand where I will be showcasing all my live workouts where anyone can subscribe through me and follow my workouts anywhere and anytime.
